Senior Merchandiser

Senior Merchandiser | Woven Womenswear Exports | New Delhi
Panex Overseas is a New Delhi based woven garment export house, established in 1991, manufacturing womenswear for leading brands.
We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to independently own buyer accounts from enquiry to shipment.
**Responsibilities**
- Independently handle assigned buyer accounts as the primary point of contact
- Manage the full order cycle: costing, sampling, approvals, fabric and trims sourcing, production follow-up and shipment
- Build and drive Time and Action calendars, ensuring on-time delivery
- Coordinate with fabric, sampling, pattern, production, quality and lab teams.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines and technical requirements with buyers
- Anticipate risks to delivery or quality and escalate with proposed solutions
- Mentor and guide junior merchandisers
**Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience in a garment export house
- Strong background in woven garments; womenswear preferred
- Proven record of independently handling international buyers, ideally UK or EU
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear, professional buyer correspondence
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, construction, costing, and production processes
- Proficiency in Excel and email; ERP experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines under pressure
