Role Description The SAP Consultant role at Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt. Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design and configure SAP modules, and optimize business processes related to manufacturing, distribution, and inventory management. Daily responsibilities include managing master data, supporting integrations between SAP and other systems, troubleshooting issues, and documenting system changes and workflows. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing end-user training, and ensuring that SAP solutions align with operational and strategic objectives. The consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and testing activities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess requirements, diagnose issues, and propose effective SAP solutions.
Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
Hands-on expertise in SAP-related business processes, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain domains.
Experience managing SAP master data, including data quality, governance, and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems and interfaces, including testing and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation/support role; SAP certification is an advantage.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and adapt to a fast-paced, industrial environment.
