Customer Experience Coordinator

Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Experience Coordinator to help create positive experiences for travelers and guests. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting people, communicating with clients, and helping coordinate memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful, professional customer service.
Assist with travel inquiries, reservation details, and itinerary information.
Communicate updates, reminders, and important travel information to clients.
Help coordinate guest requests and resolve routine service concerns.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up notes.
Support the planning and coordination of vacations, group trips, and special travel experiences.
Build positive relationships through timely communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using email, online tools, and virtual communication platforms.
Customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
Willingness to learn and participate in available training.
Work Environment
