BDR – BPO Prospecting (US Market) (Remote, English)

🔥 WE ARE HIRING: BDR – Outbound BPO Sales (US Market)
📍 Location: Honduras (100% Remote)
💼 Job Type: Full-time (8 houts daily)
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday (US Business Hours / EST & CST), US Holidays off, 15 vacation days yearly
💰 Base Salary: $700 USD / month + Uncapped Commissions for closed deals & Tiered Bonuses up to $250 for setting appointments.
⚠️ MUST HAVE (Non-Negotiable)
C1+ English Level: Daily cold calling to US executives is required. Strictly tested.
2+ Years Outbound B2B Sales: Proven experience with high-volume cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach (not retail, field sales, or account management).
Service Sales Experience: Prior experience selling intangible products (BPO, SaaS, consulting).
High-Volume Cold Outreach Comfort: 50–100+ dials daily plus email/LinkedIn touches.
Tech Setup: Personal reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and high-speed internet (150+ MB upload)

The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will act as the primary driver of new business. You are not just setting appointments—you are responsible for finding, pitching, and closing US-based companies that need outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and hunt for new B2B sales opportunities in the US market.
Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to C-level decision-makers.
Value Pitching: Effectively communicate BPO Innovations' value proposition (cost savings, efficiency, quality).
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
CRM Tracking: Maintain precise records of daily outreach and pipeline progress.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $500 USD / month
Appointment Bonuses: Earn up to $250 extra for setting meetings
Uncapped Commissions: Earn up to 5.5% of 1st-month client contract fees.
