Are you an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) passionate about proactive mental health care and lifestyle medicine?

Your Mission:
Manage a panel of oncology patients virtually, with three primary goals:
Identify problems early: Recognize and address depression, anxiety, insomnia, emotional distress, and other mental health concerns.
Prevent avoidable hospitalizations: Provide proactive psychiatric care, identify patients at risk of mental health crises, and coordinate timely interventions.
Improve quality of life: Combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with lifestyle medicine, including sleep, exercise, stress management, and behavioral health support.
What You'll Do:
Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups.
Diagnose and manage mental health conditions, including medication management when appropriate.
Screen for depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and treatment-related psychological distress.
Develop personalized mental health and lifestyle care plans.
Collaborate with oncologists, therapists, primary care providers, and care coordinators.
Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Who We're Looking For:
Licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Strong psychiatric assessment and medication management skills.
Comfortable providing care through telehealth.
Passionate about preventive mental health care and lifestyle medicine.
Experience with oncology patients or psycho-oncology is a plus.
Excited to help build a scalable, proactive mental health care model.
