Role Description The Regional Senior Operations Director is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a designated region to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company objectives. This role leads regional operational planning, monitors performance metrics, manages budgets, and drives process improvements to support game launches, live operations, and player support. The director collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, customer service, and analytics, to coordinate initiatives and resolve operational challenges. Daily activities include reviewing operational reports, coaching regional managers, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing standardized practices while adapting to local market needs. The Regional Senior Operations Director also contributes to strategic decision-making, risk management, and long-term capacity planning for the region.
