Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Malia. The Teacher will prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and age-appropriate. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain a positive classroom environment, support individual learning needs, and communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and families as needed. The role also involves participating in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to groups of students.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, outcome-focused learning activities.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and families.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to guide students and support their academic and personal growth.
Relevant teaching certification or diploma in Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in a school or classroom environment is beneficial.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics, adapt to diverse learning needs, and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
