Hi,
We are building a network of freelance recruiters specialising in non-IT sales and marketing roles across India.
We are looking for recruiters who can independently source, engage and screen candidates through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, professional communities and other direct sourcing channels, without relying on paid job-portal database access.
The engagement can be remote and flexible, with either success-based payouts or an agreed fee per qualified candidate.
