Role Description The Software Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalgaon. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, with a strong focus on building robust and scalable back-end components. Responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, collaborating with testers to identify and fix defects, and optimizing system performance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement technical solutions, and ensure that software meets quality and reliability expectations. The Software Engineer will also contribute to documentation, adhere to coding standards, and support continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, focusing on scalable and secure architectures.
Proficiency in Programming using modern languages and frameworks relevant to web and enterprise applications.
Applied knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with software testing practices, version control systems, and agile or iterative development methodologies is beneficial.
