Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of UCTPL. The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate, timely preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, guiding cost management initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis and risk assessments. The CFO will liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions, ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards, and provide clear financial insights to the board and senior leadership. The CFO will also lead and mentor the finance team, implement process improvements, and contribute to long-term growth and stability of the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in Financial Planning, including forecasting, strategic financial modeling, and capital allocation.
Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, assessing risks, and supporting data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a track record of driving process and performance improvements.
