The Role
As Head of Creators, you will lead Snapja's creator network in Hyderabad — the reel makers, photographers, editors and UGC creators powering the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and select top reel makers, photographers, editors and UGC creators
- Own creator onboarding, quality standards and output
- Set the creative bar for the network
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience shooting and editing iPhone reels
- Strong cinematography and video editing skills — agency-quality output
- An eye for spotting creator talent
- Based in Hyderabad
Offer: INR 25,000–30,000 per month, full-time with Snapja.
