Main job responsibilities
1. Operation strategy and execution
- Develop mid- to long-term operational strategies and annual operational plans for departments or business units;
- Translate company strategy into operational goals, execution plans and key actions;
- Timely adjust operating strategies according to business development and market changes;
- Supervise operational plans and implementation progress of key tasks;
- Ensure core operational goals are implemented as planned.
2. Business operation management
- Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the business departments under your jurisdiction;
- Establish operating procedures, management standards and execution mechanisms;
- Monitor business activities, service delivery and operational quality;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and promote resolution;
- Improve the overall operational stability and execution efficiency of business units.
3. Operational performance management
- Establish operational KPI, OKR and performance management systems;
- Monitor key indicators such as revenue, costs, efficiency, quality and service levels;
- Build an operation dashboard and management reporting system;
- Analyze the gap between actual operating results and targets;
- Drive low performance areas to develop and execute improvement plans.
4. Process optimization and operational excellence
- Identify key process issues impacting efficiency, cost and customer experience;
- Promote standardization, optimization and automation of core business processes;

6. Cross-departmental collaboration

- Establish efficient operational communication and problem escalation mechanisms.
7. Risk and quality management
- Establish an operational risk identification, assessment, monitoring and upgrade mechanism;
- Oversee operational, quality and service risks in key business processes;
- Conduct root cause analysis and rectification of major operational problems;
- Ensure that operational activities comply with corporate policies and applicable requirements;
- Establish an emergency response mechanism for major operational incidents.
8. Digitalization and Operational Analysis
- Promote operational data, digitization and automation;
- Work with IT and data teams to optimize operational systems and tools;
- Use data analysis to support operational decisions;
- Promote AI, automation and digital tools to improve operational efficiency;
- Establish real-time operational data monitoring and analysis capabilities.
9. Team and organization building
- Lead the senior operations management and execution team;

Educational background
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, operations management, economics, engineering, supply chain management or related majors;
- MBA, EMBA or related master's degree is preferred.

- More than 20 years of experience in operational management, business operations or corporate management;
- More than 15 years of senior operations management experience;
- Senior Director, Director, VP of Operations or similar senior management experience is preferred;
- Experience in large-scale business unit, multi-team or cross-regional operation management;
