We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities across the organization.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Improve business processes, efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance standards.
Identify operational risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Support organizational growth, transformation, and new business initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic objectives.
Develop and mentor management teams while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
15+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years in operations or senior management.
Proven experience managing complex operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational performance.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
