Role Description The Architect role at InnoSpace Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, creating functional and aesthetic layouts, and ensuring adherence to building codes and local regulations. The role involves working closely with project managers, interior designers, and site engineers to support smooth project execution, from design through construction. The Architect will also participate in site visits, review construction progress, and adjust designs as needed to maintain quality, safety, and design intent.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, visually compelling spaces.
Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables for design and construction projects.
Familiarity with Integration of architectural concepts with interior design, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure cohesive solutions.
Comfort with Software Development and related tools where applicable, such as using design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices, especially for luxury residential and commercial projects.
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in high-end or luxury architecture and interiors is an advantage.
