As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will be providing transaction-processing services with a service orientated approach for our Mutual Fund client. You will work as part of a team to provide proactive and innovative solutions with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service to our customers by processing financial service requests with efficiency and accuracy.
After attending formal training, execute service requests, which include purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account set-up.
Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives within current role, bringing a quality mindset to all aspects of the work.
Review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed.
