Role Description The Data Analyst role at Crete India is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze project and operational data to support decision-making for construction and engineering initiatives. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, preparing statistical analyses, generating dashboards and reports, and providing insights to project managers and leadership. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, monitor performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. The Data Analyst is expected to ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and quantitative analysis techniques.
Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and familiarity with database concepts is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
