Project (Engineering) Manager

We are seeking a Project (Engineering) Manager to coordinate multiple engineering projects and help establish a consistent transformation process. You will track delivery health, risks, and project metrics across teams, communicate progress to stakeholders, and keep action items moving.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects and align timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
Define and communicate a development plan, including milestones and dependencies
Track weekly team status and consolidate updates into clear dashboards or slides
Monitor bugs, risks, and overall progress across multiple teams and escalate as needed
Coordinate weekly reviews and present concise status updates to management and stakeholders
Collect feedback from teams and translate inputs into actionable adjustments
Capture action items, assign owners, and follow up to completion
Requirements
2+ years project management experience using project metrics
2+ years experience creating status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Engineering background with ability to partner effectively with technical teams
Stakeholder management skills for client-facing communication with project managers and team leads
Strong documentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and delivery signals
Flexible availability to sync with offshore teams in Poland and India
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
AI strategy experience to support transformation planning and prioritization
Supply chain operations knowledge across design, plan, source, make, and deliver
Experience with Buganizer for defect tracking and triage
