Role Description The Voice Agent role at Datazilla Tech Solution is a hybrid position based in Tamil Nadu, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Voice Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate information and support in a clear, professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include following communication scripts and guidelines, maintaining call logs and records, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Voice Agent will collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet performance targets, adhere to quality standards, and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience. The role also involves learning and using company tools and systems, complying with data privacy and security policies, and participating in training sessions to enhance communication and service skills.

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening, clear diction, and a professional telephone manner.

Candidates should possess language proficiency relevant to the region and clients (e.g., English and local languages), with strong reading and writing skills for call scripts and documentation.
Relevant experience in a voice process, call center, or customer support environment is beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tamil Nadu, India, with reliable internet connectivity for remote work is essential.
