About StaplerLabs
StaplerLabs is a strategy consulting and technology execution firm, founded by an IIT Kharagpur and IIM Rohtak alum. We help established Indian businesses get found and chosen online. Right now that means clinics, wellness practices and non-profits.
What you will do
Write and design LinkedIn content for founders and senior professionals: posts, carousels, and visual explainers
Run Instagram and Facebook for clinics, brands, and NGOs: posts, reels, and stories
Create NGO content that brings in donations, volunteers, and CSR interest
Edit short reels with hooks, captions, and music built for reach
Spot trends and pitch content ideas every week. We want ideas, not just execution
Handle all social media when needed, across client accounts and StaplerLabs' own handles: posting, comments and DMs
Run each account's content calendar and get client approval before anything goes live
You must have
A portfolio of posts, carousels, or reels you made yourself. Non-negotiable
A solid grip on LinkedIn marketing: personal branding, hooks, formats and what the algorithm rewards
A clear sense of what makes content go viral on Instagram and LinkedIn, and how to read the analytics
Sharp written English. Give you a 20-minute conversation, and get back a 150-word post people read to the end
Hands-on skill in Canva or Figma, and CapCut or a similar video editor
The discipline to juggle several accounts and deadlines without reminders
Good to have
Experience creating content for an NGO, or with CSR and donor communication
Working Hindi, for ground material and local audiences
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics and scheduling tools
Interest in healthcare, wellness or social impact
