Freelance Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote

AMTL Global Services LLC is a U.S.-based independent recruiting business focused on connecting qualified talent with employment opportunities through international recruiting partnerships.
Through Oportunidades en USA, we are expanding our network of independent recruiters across Latin America to support recruitment projects in the United States and international markets.
We are looking for motivated, organized, and results-driven Freelance Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Professionals interested in collaborating with our growing recruiting network.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for assigned job openings.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline updates.
Coordinate candidate submissions and follow-up activities.
Collaborate remotely with our recruitment coordination team.
Maintain professional communication and confidentiality throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, or recruiting CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Professional proficiency in Spanish.
English proficiency is highly valued, especially for U.S.-based recruitment projects.
Availability to participate in virtual meetings and onboarding sessions.
Recruiters with experience in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and other Latin American markets are encouraged to apply.
