📢 **WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER**
🔹 **Experience:** 3–7 Years
🔹 **Location:** Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
🔹 **Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 per month
🔹 **Interview Dates:** 12th & 13th October 2026
🔹 **Interview Mode:** Face-to-Face Only
🔹 **Joining Date:** 15th October 2026 (for selected candidates)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise civil construction work at biogas plant project sites.
* Monitor construction of foundations, RCC structures, tanks, drainage systems, and plant buildings.
* Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
* Check construction materials, measurements, and work progress.
* Maintain site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
* Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and project timelines.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Knowledge of civil engineering drawings and site execution.
* Experience in quantity estimation, BOQ, and material management.
* Ability to manage contractors and labour at project sites.
* Willingness to travel to project locations across Uttar Pradesh.
