Role Description The Food and Beverage Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at La Flora Club in Vapi. This role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverage offerings, and taking accurate orders. The associate is responsible for serving food and drinks promptly, maintaining table setup and cleanliness, and ensuring that service areas, dining spaces, and equipment are organized and hygienic. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, handling billing and payment processes, responding to guest requests or concerns, and supporting the team during peak service hours and events. The associate is expected to follow safety and hygiene standards, adhere to club service protocols, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage with guests in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and basic written communication for orders and reports.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to manage orders accurately, handle guest preferences, and support problem-solving during busy service periods.
Candidates should possess basic Finance awareness for handling bills, payments, and accurate cash or digital transaction processing.
Previous experience in food and beverage service, hotel, or restaurant operations is preferred.
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and basic serving etiquette is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physically active tasks during shifts.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
