Treasury Manager

Role Description The Treasury Manager will oversee day-to-day cash management activities, including monitoring company bank accounts, tracking inflows and outflows, and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs. The role involves preparing cash flow forecasts, supporting budgeting processes, and providing regular treasury reports to management. The Treasury Manager will manage relationships with financial institutions, assist with banking documentation, and help optimize the use of financial products and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining internal controls related to treasury operations, supporting compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and recommending process improvements. This is a part-time, remote role, requiring effective collaboration with finance and management teams using digital communication tools.
Qualifications
Strong treasury and cash management skills, including experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
Competence in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear recommendations.
Working knowledge of banking products and services, and experience managing relationships with financial institutions.
Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management practices, and basic compliance requirements in finance.
Proficiency with financial and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and comfort working with digital collaboration tools in a remote setting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle part-time responsibilities effectively.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in treasury or finance are a plus.
Previous experience in a treasury, finance, or banking role, preferably within technology or high-growth environments.
