Who You Are
You are a highly detail-oriented design operator who understands both the creative and technical sides of bringing design to life.
You catch the things others miss, the incorrect icon, the inconsistent capitalization, the broken hierarchy, the outdated product information, the typo, the misaligned element, the wrong version, or the detail that technically works but doesn’t communicate clearly.
You’re comfortable working across design, e-commerce, marketing, regulatory, and operations, keeping work moving without unnecessary complexity.
You care deeply about quality and creative craft, but you also understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and creative velocity matter. You know how to help teams move quickly while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Most importantly, you don’t just fix mistakes. You build systems that prevent the same mistakes from happening again.
