Role Description The Store Manager role at Cobb Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, ensuring accurate merchandising, and maintaining store standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing promotional activities to meet revenue targets. The Store Manager handles customer escalations, ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, and enforces retail loss prevention policies and procedures. The position also involves scheduling staff, training team members, reporting on store performance, and collaborating with senior management to improve processes and results.
Qualifications
Strong Store Management skills, including team supervision, inventory control, and daily operations oversight.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance the shopping experience.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in apparel or fashion.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail reporting; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
