Corporate Finance Manager

Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand, is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, audits, treasury, compliance, and investor requirements.
This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience who enjoys hands-on finance ownership, working with senior stakeholders, and building processes that can support a growing business.
What you’ll do
Own financial reporting and month-end closing: Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, MIS, reconciliations, and analysis to support business decisions.
Manage audits and due diligence: Coordinate statutory and internal audits, prepare supporting schedules, address queries, and drive closure of audit observations.
Oversee treasury and banking: Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, loans, and funding-related documentation.
Drive taxation and compliance: Coordinate tax requirements and corporate compliance with internal teams and external advisors.
Support investor and leadership requirements: Prepare financial information and respond to requests from investors, advisors, bankers, and senior management.
Strengthen finance processes and controls: Identify gaps, improve workflows, and build scalable processes that maintain accuracy and accountability as the business grows.
What we’re looking for
Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, MIS, reconciliations, and audits.
Experience supporting due diligence and investor-related financial requirements.
Working knowledge of treasury, cash flow management, banking, taxation, and corporate compliance.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, along with familiarity with ERP systems.
Clear communication and the ability to manage stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
