MAY Lawyers LLP is seeking a **Senior Associate** to join our Corporate Law Practice in **Kanpur**. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex corporate and commercial agreements.
Important Location Requirement
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
- Provide legal support on business transactions and contractual matters.
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders on corporate legal matters.
- Manage multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- **Minimum 1 year of work experience** in:
- A corporate legal department/company; or
- A Tier-2 law firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial agreements.
- Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and legal drafting abilities.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- **Microsoft Outlook**
- **Microsoft Teams**
Candidates without practical working knowledge of Outlook and Teams will not be considered.
