Role Description This part-time remote Learning and Development Specialist role at Narbona Punta del Este focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives for team members. The specialist will assess training needs in collaboration with leaders, develop engaging training materials, and manage learning activities through digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include facilitating virtual training sessions, supporting learners through coaching and feedback, and tracking participation and learning outcomes. The role also involves maintaining and updating learning content, recommending improvements to programs based on data and feedback, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional partners to promote continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management to design, implement, and oversee effective learning programs.
Proficiency in Instructional Design to create clear, engaging, and accessible learning content for diverse audiences.
Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, provide feedback, and support learner growth.
Experience using virtual learning tools and platforms, including video conferencing, LMS systems, and digital collaboration tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness, interpret data, and suggest improvements to learning initiatives.
Previous experience in learning and development, HR, or organizational development is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
