youbloom – Live Events Platform
youbloom is building a platform that helps artists, venues, and promoters grow audiences for live events.
Our mission is to make it easier for great live experiences — music, comedy, theatre, dance, and more — to reach the audiences who love them.
We are developing an Audience Growth Engine that allows fans to follow artists, discover events, request shows in their city, RSVP to events, and share events with friends.
We are seeking Business Analyst Interns who are curious about how digital platforms work and who are interested in product development, marketplaces, and the future of live entertainment.
This internship provides hands-on experience working with a startup product team designing real platform features.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with the Business Analysis, Product, UX, and Engineering teams to help define and design features for the youbloom platform.
Your responsibilities may include:
Analyzing how fans discover and engage with live events online
Researching and analyzing platforms such as event discovery apps and ticketing platforms
Mapping user journeys for fans, artists, venues, and promoters
Assisting with feature design for the youbloom Audience Growth Engine
Creating user stories and functional requirements for product features
Supporting UX and product teams with feature specifications
Assisting with basic data and platform analysis
Example feature areas you may work on include:
Fan onboarding and user journeys
Artist and venue follow systems
Event discovery feeds
Event requesting and RSVP systems
Social sharing and audience growth features

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
Are curious about how digital platforms and marketplaces work
Enjoy analyzing products and user experiences
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Are comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Have strong written communication skills
Candidates from the following backgrounds may be a good fit:
Business
Product management
Economics
Computer science
Human–computer interaction
UX design
Data analytics
An interest in live events, music, or cultural experiences is a plus but not required.

Flexible schedule
Typical commitment: 10–15 hours per week
Applicants will complete a short product-thinking test (~30 minutes) as part of the application process.
