Are you a proactive professional with strong partnership management skills? ZLD Academy is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our training footprint across industries, educational institutions, and government skill development initiatives.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in building partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating training and consulting services in water and wastewater management.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Training & B2B Upskilling:
Develop training partnerships with manufacturing plants, IT parks, and hospitals for ETP/STP management and safety compliance.
Academic Partnerships:
Build connections with engineering colleges and ITIs to provide practical training and placement-linked opportunities for fresh graduates.
Government Skill Initiatives:
Explore partnerships with NSDC and Skill Council for Green Jobs, and participate in schemes like PMKVY and Jal Jeevan Mission.
Specialized Consulting & Audits: Develop opportunities for plant efficiency audits and performance assessments.
