Role Description The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading the structural design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed calculations, preparing and reviewing structural analysis models, and guiding the development of engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves close coordination with project managers, architects, site engineers, and drafting teams to resolve design issues and support construction activities. The Senior Structural Engineer will mentor junior engineers, contribute to quality assurance processes, and participate in technical reviews and design optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagari.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with demonstrated experience in bridge and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including the ability to interpret and apply relevant design codes and standards.
Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and detailing.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience in leading projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in design and execution.
Effective communication and documentation skills to present technical information clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with construction practices, site coordination, and inspection of structural works is an advantage.
