We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need help with our products and services.
Your daily responsibilities will include answering customer questions through email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting common problems, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.
You will also work with other teams to improve customer support processes, identify common customer problems, and contribute to our knowledge base and help documentation.

Requirements
