We manufacture heavy structural steel and equipment for India's leading infrastructure giants, including BHEL, NTPC, ADANI, L&T, and MECON. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic, highly presentable, and sharp HR professional to drive our workplace culture and manage our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Management: Oversee end-to-end manpower planning, staff relations, and daily HR operations.
Payroll & Administration: Accurately manage employee attendance, salary processing, and internal records.
HR Innovation: Introduce modern, innovative management practices to boost employee morale, efficiency, and productivity.
Operational Support: Act as the primary bridge between senior management and the factory workforce.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (BBA/MBA preferred).
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional Profile: An energetic, forward-thinking professional with exceptional communication skills and a polished executive presence.
Mindset: A sharp, strategic problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to human resource management.
