Role Description The Operations Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and timely completion of work. The Operations Maintenance Manager coordinates with project teams to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize resource utilization, and minimize downtime. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves guiding on-site teams, resolving operational issues, and supporting high standards of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, allocate resources, and ensure efficiency across project sites.
Candidates should possess solid Maintenance skills, including preventive and corrective maintenance planning, equipment monitoring, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, schedule, and track maintenance-related activities within broader infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, coach, and coordinate technical and operational staff on-site.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle stakeholder queries, maintain clear communication, and support client satisfaction.
Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments, preferably in operations or maintenance leadership roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using maintenance or project management software tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field; additional certifications in maintenance management or project management are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
