Company Description Apka Financewala Private Limited. is one of India’s largest Corporate Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and a rapidly growing loan distribution company. Founded in 2026 by Founder Managing Director Manoj Gaurkhede , which together bring over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector.
Role Description The Founder MD and CEO role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Nagpur division. The role involves providing overall strategic leadership, defining the long-term vision and growth roadmap for the group, and ensuring alignment across all subsidiary companies and branch offices. The CEO will oversee key business functions including operations, finance, sales, risk management, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, investors, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, guiding senior leaders, and driving expansion into new markets and product lines. The Founder MD and CEO will also champion a culture of customer-centricity, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement, while representing the organization in high-level external forums and negotiations.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or loan distribution, with responsibility for P&L and multi-location operations.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and growth management skills, including market expansion and stakeholder relationship management.
Solid understanding of retail and corporate lending products, DSA models, credit risk, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements in India.
Demonstrated ability in team building, mentoring senior leaders, change management, and driving a performance-focused, customer-centric culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with banks, financial institutions, and business partners.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with financial metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum of a graduate degree; an MBA, CA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification in finance, management, or business administration is highly preferred.
Prior experience in a CXO/MD role or entrepreneurial leadership role in a high-growth environment will be a significant advantage.
