GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert

Zero Apples a Day helps chiropractic clinics get more booked appointments without extra staff effort. We give each clinic a done-for-you patient growth system built on GoHighLevel, delivered as a monthly service.
The role:
We're looking for a GoHighLevel expert to build, finish and maintain the system we deliver to every clinic. You'll own it end to end, from workflows and forms to testing and snapshot setup.
What you'll build
• A clinic website with a lead form, web chat and AI chat that books appointments
• A 5-star review funnel with automated review requests and follow-ups
• Missed call text back on a dedicated business number
• Database reactivation campaigns for past patients
• One inbox and a mobile app so clinics never miss a message
What you'll do
• Build and connect GHL workflows, forms, funnels, trigger links and custom values
• Turn our existing snapshot into a clean, reusable template for every new clinic
• Set up new clinic sub-accounts and connect their Google Business Profile, phone number and inbox
• Test every automation on a real phone before a clinic goes live
• Fix issues and improve the system as we grow
What we're looking for
• Proven hands-on experience building in GoHighLevel, with workflows you can show us
• Strong understanding of snapshots, custom values, triggers and pipelines
• Experience with SMS automation and A2P 10DLC registration
• You test your own work and catch problems before others do
• Clear written English and reliable communication
Nice to have
• Experience with healthcare, clinics or local service businesses
• Experience with GHL's AI chat or voice agents
• Experience with Google Business Profile and review management
