Field Audito

Role Description The Field Auditor role is a part-time position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site visits and work from home. The Field Auditor will conduct field audits at client locations, verify documentation and records, and assess compliance with established procedures and policies. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data, preparing concise audit reports, identifying irregularities or areas for improvement, and following up on corrective actions. The role also involves interacting with clients and internal teams to clarify findings, provide explanations, and support training related to audit outcomes. The Field Auditor is expected to manage schedules efficiently, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to review field data, documentation, and compliance metrics.
Effective communication skills to explain audit findings, collaborate with teams, and interact with clients.
Ability to troubleshoot issues identified during audits and recommend practical solutions.
Customer service orientation to handle client interactions professionally and build trust.
Capability to support training and guidance for stakeholders on processes and compliance requirements.
Prior experience in auditing, quality control, compliance, or field inspections is beneficial.
Comfort with using digital tools for data collection, reporting, and remote collaboration.
Minimum educational background in commerce, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai for field visits as required and manage part-time, hybrid work schedules.
