AR Shine Constructions is expanding its team! We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join us as Business Development Interns / Executives in Bangalore.
🏢 Position: Business Development Intern / Executive
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Work Type: Field Sales
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 per month + incentives
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
🎯 Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Generate and follow up on business leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate client meetings and support business development activities.
Work with the sales team to achieve business targets.
