Role Description The Unisex Hairdresser is responsible for providing hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services to clients of all genders in a professional and respectful manner. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and executing services such as haircuts, blow-drying, straightening, curling, and basic hair care. The role also involves maintaining salon cleanliness, organizing tools and products, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with appointment scheduling and client follow-up. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Infiniti Salon Unisex Studio in Raipur, requiring consistent availability during salon operating hours and active participation in team activities and training.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and basic hair treatments for all genders, with an understanding of current trends and classic styles.
Experience with hair coloring, highlighting, and chemical services (such as straightening or smoothing), with attention to hair health and safety.
Excellent client consultation and communication skills, including the ability to listen to client preferences and offer suitable recommendations.
Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and safe use of salon tools and products, including proper sanitization and workspace organization.
Customer service mindset with a professional and respectful attitude, able to work with diverse clients and maintain a welcoming environment.
Ability to work full time on-site in Raipur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with other team members in a fast-paced setting.
Prior experience as a hairdresser or stylist in a salon setting; formal training or certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is highly beneficial.
Willingness to learn new techniques, participate in training, and adapt to evolving trends and salon service offerings.
