Role Description The Site Engineer role at Seventh Castle is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with civil and structural engineers, and ensure that work is executed in line with design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control on materials and workmanship, resolving technical issues on site, and maintaining clear communication with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders. The role also involves preparing and updating site reports, tracking progress against schedules, and supporting compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in on-site environments, including active construction locations.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards for construction materials and site execution.
Foundational understanding of structural engineering principles and their application on site.
Background in civil engineering; experience working alongside civil engineers on construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Familiarity with basic project management tools and site reporting practices.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant regulations and codes.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing site conditions.
