We're looking for curious, data-driven students to join our Marketing Analytics Internship and gain hands-on experience in the measurement and analysis work that turns marketing data into decisions.
About the Internship
As a Marketing Analytics Intern, you'll do realistic marketing analytics work inspired by real companies: tracking mock campaign performance, analyzing mock funnels, building mock dashboards, and running mock experiments.
You'll learn how marketing analysts turn raw data into insight — measurement, attribution, experimentation, and reporting — that guides strategy and spend.
Responsibilities
* Track mock campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, email, social).
* Analyze mock funnel metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, and drop-off points.
* Build mock marketing dashboards and KPI reports.
* Write mock weekly/monthly performance summaries for stakeholders.
* Run mock A/B and multivariate test analyses and document results.
* Calculate mock CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other core marketing metrics.
* Segment mock audiences and analyze behavior by cohort.
* Draft mock attribution analyses across touchpoints.
* Build mock pivot tables and data summaries from campaign exports.
* Spot anomalies in mock performance data and draft hypotheses.
* Draft mock experiment briefs with goals, hypotheses, and success metrics.
* Analyze mock email and lifecycle performance (open, click, conversion).
* Build mock competitor benchmarking tables for key metrics.
* Document data definitions and measurement assumptions in a mock analytics glossary.
* Prepare mock executive-ready presentations of findings and recommendations.
* Use AI tools to clean data, draft analyses, and generate reporting ideas.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy finding stories in numbers.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is a plus but not required.
* Clear written communication — you can explain findings to non-analysts.
* Detail-oriented with strong organization and deadline habits.
* Curiosity about marketing and how campaigns are measured.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Previous professional analytics experience is not required.
What You'll Gain
* A portfolio of dashboards, analyses, and experiment reports.
* Hands-on experience measuring mock marketing performance end to end.
* Practical skills in funnels, attribution, and experimentation.
* Understanding of how data drives marketing decisions.
* Experience using AI for analysis and reporting.
* Personalized AI feedback on your work.
* Professional certificate upon successful completion.
* Mentorship and weekly learning sessions.
* Opportunity to strengthen your portfolio, resume, and interview readiness.
