Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Aurea Aviation’s charter, ground handling, and aircraft management services, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure service offerings are accurately represented, delivering sales presentations and product trainings to clients and internal stakeholders, and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and service knowledge sessions to clients and internal teams.
Relevant experience in aviation, travel, or related service industries, especially in B2B sales or corporate accounts, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to use CRM and basic office software for reporting and planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with high integrity and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Must have aviation background,
5-7 years of aviation experience in sales field.
