We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Gurgaon Haryana and support the accounting, compliance, and financial operations of our growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Process and review sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial schedules for management.
Support multi-currency accounting and international transactions across various markets.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, lifestyle, or e-commerce businesses is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
Experience managing reconciliations, month-end closing, and statutory compliance.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with inventory accounting and stock management.
Exposure to international business transactions and foreign currency accounting.
Experience working with auditors and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
