Role Description The Holiday Packages Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for designing, pricing, and managing customized holiday packages, including domestic and international itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local partners, preparing detailed itineraries, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving issues before and during travel, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver premium, personalized experiences. The executive will be expected to maintain high service standards, manage multiple client requests simultaneously, and contribute ideas to enhance TravelnLiving’s holiday offerings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, including the ability to understand traveler preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Experience in itinerary planning, holiday package design, and coordination with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and local tour operators.
Proficiency with booking and reservation systems, basic MS Office tools, and comfort working with online travel platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation, pricing, and itinerary creation.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple bookings, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, current travel trends, and standard travel regulations and documentation requirements.
Ability to work effectively on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborating with colleagues and partners in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry or holiday package sales is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
