Data Coordinator

Role Description The Data Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data related to ATMED’s programs, members, and industry initiatives. This role includes collecting data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and updating databases and spreadsheets on a regular basis. The Data Coordinator will prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making, advocacy efforts, and stakeholder communication. They will collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven insights for events, research projects, and policy initiatives. The role also involves responding to data-related inquiries and maintaining clear documentation of data processes and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis to interpret trends and generate meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess Data Management skills, including organizing, cleaning, and updating datasets in databases or spreadsheets.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics capabilities, with familiarity in basic reporting tools and visualization methods.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfort with digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data software) and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in data coordination, research, or a related field is beneficial; experience in healthcare or medical devices is an advantage.
Relevant academic background in data science, statistics, business, public health, or a related discipline is preferred.
