Role Description The German Language Teacher will deliver high-quality, engaging German language instruction to students preparing for education and career opportunities in Germany. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves planning and conducting lessons, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to different learning levels. The teacher will prepare learners for language proficiency exams, support them with language skills needed for professional contexts, and integrate cultural aspects of Germany into classroom activities. Daily tasks include creating lesson materials, maintaining accurate student records, providing feedback, and collaborating with the team to continuously improve the training cu
rriculum.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with experience instructing German to diverse learner groups.
Competence in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured curricula and assessments aligned with language proficiency goals.
Background or interest in Literature to enrich lessons with authentic texts and cultural content.
Proficiency in German (preferably at C1 level or above) and solid command of English for clear communication.
Relevant degree or certification in German language, education, or related field (e.g., Goethe Institut, TestDaF, or university-level qualification).
Experience preparing learners for standardized German exams (e.g., Goethe, TELC, TestDaF) is highly beneficial.
Strong classroom management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and support students toward their career goals in Germany.
Ability to work full time on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with counseling and placement teams.
