Business Development & Operations Associate

We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Associate. In this dual-function role, you will be the driver of our top-of-funnel B2B lead pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools, while also serving as a central operational liaison supporting the Director and the core execution team.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research (B2B Prospecting)
Research and identify high-fit target industries and enterprise accounts across domestic (India) and international markets (GCC, North America, etc.) that require custom visual SOPs, plant safety, and e-learning solutions.
Build and manage targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, identifying key personas across Operations, EHS, Manufacturing, HR, and L&D functions.
2. AI-Driven Outreach & Lead Engagement
Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to craft persona-based connection requests and messaging sequences that introduce King Oranges’ micro-sampling portfolio.
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, engage in meaningful first-level conversations with prospects, and obtain verified contact information (Email ID / Phone Number).
Hand off qualified warm prospects and booked discovery calls to the Director for commercial evaluation and closing.
3. Internal Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment
Liaise regularly with the internal creative and operations teams to stay fully updated on ongoing projects, workflow milestones, asset deliveries, and technical capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date tracking of all prospect interactions and status updates in the company’s Master Lead Tracker.
4. Recruitment & Administrative Assistance
Assist the Director and leadership team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for new talent acquisition.
Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks, document management, and general executive assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Key Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development, or business operations (exposure to creative agencies, e-learning, or SaaS is a plus).
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for content and drafting tasks.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable initiating professional conversations with enterprise leaders (VPs, Directors, HR/EHS Heads).
Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to dissect industrial companies, plant operations, and enterprise structures to pinpoint relevant stakeholders.
Organization & Agility: Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to pivot seamlessly between lead outreach, internal team updates, and administrative support.
