We’re Hiring: Senior Social Media Specialist
Marcom Arabia is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Social Media Specialist to manage client accounts and turn brand strategies into engaging social content.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: USD 500 per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s goals.
Write engaging captions, campaign concepts, and creative briefs tailored to each platform.
Manage content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and media buyers to deliver consistent, on-brand campaigns.
Manage community engagement and coordinate responses to inquiries and feedback.
Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Research competitors, audience interests, and relevant trends to identify new content opportunities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams on approvals, feedback, and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of social media experience, preferably within a marketing agency.
A strong portfolio demonstrating content planning, copywriting, and account management.
Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
Experience working with Saudi or GCC brands and an understanding of local audiences.
Strong knowledge of platform best practices, analytics, and social media management tools.
The ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote team.
