Setter & Account Manage

We're hiring: Setter & Account Manager (remote, part-time)
MYND Academy helps coaches, consultants and experts in Lebanon and the GCC build businesses that bring clients every month.
We're now managing our clients' Instagram, and we need someone sharp to sit in their DMs and turn conversations into booked calls.
What you'll do:
→ Reply to every lead the same day: story replies, keywords, comments
→ Run follow-up sequences until every lead books or says no
→ Book sales calls into our clients' calendars
→ Keep the CRM up to date, every day
→ Post and schedule content, and coordinate with our editor and scriptwriter
→ Send a short daily report
You're a fit if:
→ You write warm, short, natural messages, and you're never pushy
→ You're fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
→ You're organized, consistent, and you don't let a lead go cold
→ You've done DM setting, customer service, sales or community management (or you learn fast and can prove it)
