Role Description The Biology NEET Specialist is a full-time on-site role based at Vision School Science in Nadiad. The specialist will plan and deliver engaging biology lessons aligned with the NEET syllabus, including cellular biology, genetics, human physiology, ecology, and related topics. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, organizing doubt-clearing sessions, and guiding students through practice questions and mock tests. The role involves assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to support different learning needs. The specialist will also collaborate with other faculty members, maintain laboratory safety during practical sessions, and stay updated with changes in NEET examination patterns and relevant biology curricula.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Biology and Microbiology, with a clear understanding of NEET-level concepts and exam requirements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly, engage students, and provide individualized guidance.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and practical Biology experience to conduct demonstrations, supervise experiments, and ensure safe lab practices.
Candidates should possess Research skills to update teaching content, integrate recent scientific developments, and refine learning materials.
Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biology or a related life science discipline; specialized training or experience in NEET coaching is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience at the secondary or higher secondary level, preferably with NEET aspirants.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple classes, tests, and student queries.
